I might not be good looking comparing to your version of good looking, but if you see my old pictures you might get surprised for sure. Among other reasons like time, people, experiences, etc..
I am thankful to my dear beetroot, carrot & papaya. Because for the past few years these 3 are major part of my diet. & trust me, i love them for what they have done to me.
So lets take a look at why & how i recommend this challenge.
Beetroot
May be the most attractive thing about a beetroot is its color, red. So just like that it solves a lot of blood related diseases, it helps in maintaining lower blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels & is rich in potassium, which helps in preventing fatigue, weakness, muscle cramps & heart disease.
Good blood flow keeps body more young, decrease level of depression & keeps both mind & body healthy. Which helps in improving our skin, hair, vision, etc…
If planning to take a beet root diet simple juice or a beetroot smoothie with yogurt is the best.
Since beetroot has got basic sugar amount in it, you can avoid adding sugar & use honey or jaggery instead.

Besides all these, avoid using beetroot too much. It can cause blood pressure dropping too low.

Papaya
A very popular ingredient when it comes to natural beauty products, from scrubs to soaps Papaya is a star.

When i was a kid, i use to hear everyone around telling me that, carrot helps in getting fair skin. But fair skin is not what beautiful skin is, more that fairness the glow is what you need, & carrot is a great glow maker.
Yes, it gives you a healthy glow.
Carrots can help reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles & heals oily skin also.
