I saw many a people & myself once proudly saying that “I am a Foodie & I love food”.
But some of us became over-unhealthy eaters, which is not love for food, it’s like slow poisoning yourself. I found cooking & eating reducing my stress, but I started feeling heavier, making myself even more lazier than I was.
I know a lots of amazing home chefs, who cook the yummiest food I ever had, but still keeping their tummy safe & body healthy. On the other side I know people who add half a kilo gram of Nutella to a 100 gram of flour to make a pastry & asking me how is it, I mean how…… can Nutella be not tasty.
I was 66 kg, 6 months back when I resigned from my job. Now after 6 months I am 59 kg. I tried to control my over eating unhealthy habit.
So just listing out a few things I did to stay away from over eating.
- I started spending more time for gardening. It is the most healthiest & happiest hobbies of all. It’s also a kind of workout.
- Chewing gum – the cool minty taste of a chewing gum really helped me to stay away from feeling hungry.
- Waking up to the pictures of Katrina Kaif. I am a big fan of her workout videos. So just to get basic motivation to workout, I have her pictures on the wall. Like wise,waking up to pictures of body builders or actors can motivate you.
Once you get to a point where you no longer eat as much food you used to, everything starts getting better.
Remember your body is the only thing in this world that stays with you till your last breath. Respect your body.
