Ready for a 10 day healthy weight loss diet challenge with me?
Since I have to write this down, I already started my diet yesterday. I am 59 KGs right now. Don’t worry, It’s a mixture of all flavors you would love.
I kept alarm for 5 AM, but being lazy I woke up after 7 AM.
- Had warm lemon water in the morning, this is amazing for skin & detox.
- Had Oats idli with coconut chutney for Break fast. https://springseller.in/2020/06/10/tasty-diet-recipes/ Click to get recipe. You can have normal Idli also or any steamed food or salads if you like.
- Did a 45 minutes workout & 20 minutes dance.

- I already made a large bowl full of yogurt fruit salad, Check Recipe-https://springseller.in/2020/06/10/tasty-diet-recipes/ . Also added melted dark chocolate, simply. Had finely chopped Banana, Mango, pomegranate, apple & dry fruits in this salad, which is really nutritious.
- Have this salad a little when ever you feel like eating something.
- To control food carving, have chewing gum. This really works.
- Saved 2 Oats Idli I had for Breakfast, Ate it for Dinner, with some quick sambar.
